03 · Customer Acquisition
Identify ideal customers, run outreach and interviews, onboard early users, and improve on feedback. The first customer beats the first deck.
04 · Growth Foundation
Leave with a registered company, a working product direction, customer conversations, early validation, a 90-day roadmap, and a founder network.

There's no participation fee. We invest our time, resources, network, and operational support into helping you build — and in return take ~12% equity in selected companies. Our success depends on yours. Everything is built in public, and the journey is recorded.
